This card was SO MUCH FUN to paint! First off, the character design is absolutely adorable. I love the little icing and sprinkle patches & the glasses, and the overall shape language of the character was really fun to reproduce <3 And can we talk about those little bug fruit things? SO PRECIOUS. They made me smile while painting them. Too cute.
The colors of this painting kinda took me out of my comfort zone, I’m used to limited color palettes since I’ve been doing them a lot recently, but this card had so many colors across the spectrum! It was a fun challenge to pick out colors that (hopefully) work well together.
