I just moved my Dolphin toolbar to the side by right-clicking in Dolphin, hitting Unlock Toolbars, and dragging it to the side.

X represents the qtcurve theme ive used which is X.2 , and KDE is ... KDE

Its not different , it's just that the icon size is minimized , its from the same icon pack
