Description
This is an interpretation I made for the most prominent villain in the show SWAT Kats, Dark Kat. In here, I took Dark Kat's design from the show and fused it with elements from his action figure incarnation, Doomsday's design from the Justice League animated series, and his cybernetic implants from Sevika from Arcane (the arm) and part of the Metallikats (also from SWAT Kats). That's why Dark Kat looks part-cyborg and only has a cowl to cover himself.
