After finishing the 2 seasons of the DuckTales reboot, one thing that came to my mind after watching Darkwing Duck's appearances in the show was that, since Launchpad was written off to be a huge fan of Darkwing Duck in the in-universe show since he was a kid, I was wondering why the writing team never thought of letting him dress up as his idol for a fun, brief moment. I know even Mrs. Beakley very briefly dressed up as Darkwing in one episode after bonding with Launchpad over the show. This was how I imagined him, clad in the Jim Starling-era Darkwing Duck costume. I wonder what he would do next. Mess around the McDuck Manor, reenacting the scenes from the show with the kids and Drake Mallard, lol? Either way, I'm hoping this idea gets used even as a short gag in the next season when there will be more focus on Darkwing Duck. I would love to see that .Oh, and by the way, I actually haven't watched the original Darkwing Duck show, so correct me if Launchpad actually did dress up as Darkwing there.
EDIT: I decided to lighten the background a bit, just to give more emphasis and contrast to Launchpad.
