Contest Entry for the Cosmic Corsair occ Contest.

Trusty Weapon:

   As a space pirate she goes around from planet to planet pillaging for what ever she wants. She celebrates victory by collecting dust or gas from where the battles take place. Her Hand Mortar shoots smoke grenades that contain dust,dirt, and gas from planets that she has been to. Different planets yield different colored soil so not a single shot of her mortar is the same color as the last. The gun also has a double barrel, for deadly combinations of smoke from different locations.

Family Crest:

   Her families crest is worn proudly on the back of her hood. Her Clan has always been collectors of dust and gasses and has passed down their knowledge for generations. For these reasons, the crest is based off of a smoke cloud combined with an infinity sign because there is an infinite amount of planets with different gasses and dusts to learn about.

Lucky Cap:

   She always wears her hood when going to new places or in a battle. This hood not only showcases her family crest but helps keeps the space dust she is shooting out of her eyes. It is also a type of camouflage due to its cloudy nature, she is able to hide within her own smoke clouds she creates with the hand mortar.

I loved designing for this contest because it was right up my alley as far as what the deliverables needed to be. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! It would also be amazing to win that drawing tablet because my current tablet has problems with showing the colors correctly, so it would really help speed up my drawing process.
