Finally I'm posting something for the first time this year. Pretty sad I waited this long to do anything, oh well.My version of Blackout. He was so fun to plan out and draw I'm just happy I got over my artist block fer a while. There are so many ref.s I used to make this guy.
Both his shirts are real. They are from Hottopic and Spencers. The tatts are based off many off google. I got inspiration from 's Blackout but trust me most of this came out of my head while I was stuck at my G-ma's with no internet connection(still in the middle of nowhere).
There are a bunch of random writings all over the sheet and if you can read it go eat yourself a cookie or something.
Fer those who can't make anything out the only important thing is what his shirt says:

Ha and I can see him really wearing that. If anybody has an idea for him please tell me. All rights reserved to whoever owns them.

Is the head supposed to be that high? Or is it just his hairstyle?

Just the hair..hmm. Then maybe you need to reshape it a bit because you already drew his forehead up to his hairline. That alone has defined the shape of his head, so if the shape curved up like that, it'll look like skull was shaped like that.
Like the side view picture, up to the forehead looks perfect but hair that is spiked up usually bends slightly backwards. I hope you get what I mean
But if you say he's got Beehive hairstyle, then forget what I said
