Cameron lived in a small house by himself. One day when he came home from work he found a mysterious package on his front porch. It was addressed to "resident" and had his address on it. Since he was the only one who lived there, it had to be for him.

Cameron took the package inside and set it on the table. A short time later he opened it. A magical energy emerged from the box and consumed everything around it. The table had disappeared. Only the box remained floating in midair.

Next Cameron, or Carmen, was transformed. She found she had become a woman in a long yellow gown with many fancy accessories. Her hair was long with a flower in it and star shaped earrings hung from her ears. She held up her dainty hands and looked at herself in disbelief.

While Carmen was doing that, the magical energy continued to spread. Soon the entire house had vanished. She found herself surrounded by grassy hills and flowers. It was like something out of a medieval fantasy. She spun around slowly letting the sun shine down on her as she tried to take in what had just happened.

In the distance, on top of one of the nearby hills was a cottage with a path leading up to it. Carmen instinctively knew the cottage was hers. She headed to the path and then up it towards the cottage.

Despite being small, the cottage was filled with many fancy things. It was painted in bright colors and had lacy curtains. Food had already been prepared which looked like a homemade modern meal. The cottage had water and electricity even though there were no pipes or wires in sight.

It was a magical land where everything worked even if Carmen could not understand. Her only concern was that she was alone. As far as she could tell, no one was anywhere near her. She had not even seen an animal since everything had been transformed.

As Carmen thought about this, she heard the noise of children playing outside. On top of another hill was a larger cottage that looked like it could hold an entire family. The magical energy was still transforming things and she had a feeling it would continue to do so for quite some time to come.
