Ever sense I saw ATLAB, I wanted to build this. I had a journal filled with all kinds of mythical air ships, boats, and vehicles to traverse any terrain imaginable.

They only appeared in one episode, and were refereed to as Sand Skiffs I think, you had to be a sand bender to be able to use it thought, as it operated with a mini-cyclone of sand in the center to generate wind for forwards momentum.
