One of my best friends has it.
He texted me a pic of his bed from where he is literally soaking the sheets with sweat leaving his outline in sweat!
I had more the chest tightness congestion, heavy sinus draining, confusion, lack of energy, and headaches that nothing eased the pain. I would cough up or snort out this thick goo spitting legendary hunks.
I could take in a deep breath and hear the gurgling in there.
I believe my over all fitness due to HIIT training keep me from getting worse.
That was late Feb before the pandemic alarm. Several of us in the office had the same thing, one went to hospital he got so bad. There he was tested and they said it wasnβt the flu....and that was that. No mention of this Covid19 at the time as no one knew about it then.
We expect to be antibody screened sometime but donβt know when.
After nearly 6 weeks still cough up stuff just not as bad. No fever or anything else.
Finally able to get back into training......cardio rowing right now to rebuild the lungs.

That is nothing to mess around with.
So far I have been lucky, but that is mostly to lack of contact with people. Boy this stuff hits hard though! 
Fluid in the lungs is nothing to joke around with either, my father had something similar once, but that was over five years ago. I still recall it very vividly, it was all he could do to lay on the couch and wheeze. Scariest moment of my life.
Ah, cardio, I never could get a good rowing sequencing down - I know there is a rhythm to it but darn me if I could find it. Thank god for treadmills. Move legs, suffer, more legs more - adjust suffering dial up a level. Move legs and try to ignore screaming of muscles there.
