I finally broke down and started scraping the rust off of my digital art skills. The end result of about two and a half hours of work. I suspect I shall look back on this one as a 'Draw this again', about a year from now, hopefully with greater skill.Related content

Ah, that is because this is a different Zebra, so I had to make her less busty. Though I have been working on a piece I think I can send to you via Stash. I suspect you will like it.

Like you said, it was something that you are working on to improve but considering that it has been some time, the outcome is quite good. Given time and practice, I'm sure you'll become better at it. You should concentrate on the details for hands (although being an equine, she should have hooves). I love the literary license you took on the mane and the tail. The mane gives her a Roman Centurion look while the tail's end is much longer than normal but if you're out in the Savannah, who has time for a haircut? XD
The body is very proportional (love the muscular arms and thighs) but I would shorten her neck or broaden the base just a bit more -- unless she is part giraffe. Then, that's fine.
Does she have a name or is she related to Lars of the Capital Wastelands?

Thank you, yes, I have a habit of creating a stylized anatomy, tails and necks in partucular. She could use a slightly shorter neck now that I look at her again. Something to keep in mind for the next revision. Alas I have not given her a name yet, as this was just a one shot for me to practice my digital skills on. Though I am sure a storybcsn be made to fit her. 
Oh and no relationship to Lars, thank God. Lars existed in the MLP universe and is now inhabiting the Fallout universe. In the Savana where Jerrell and Ombwa live, she would perish rather quickly.

Lol, well I am trying to get better, what is really holding me back is a lack of understanding of how the program works. It is rather frustrating. What I need is a guide or something I can use as a mentor. Any ideas?
