It think it could be because they have finally established a treaty with the vikings and even the smallest mishap could cause a war...and well..Merida not acting princess like and training with Hiccup could be quite hazardous don't you think? xD

I love Elinor's expression, like she doesn't trust Hiccup not to do anything with Merida. I can see this scene in a story where the Scots and Vikings just made a truce or something, but are still uneasy about each other(yes, I got all that from her face.) Awesome work!
