Sans smiled childishly as he looked at the snow outside.
He turned to you and ran up to you.
“So this is REAL snow?! We didn’t have any in the underground! Well, we did, but it wasn’t… real. Now that I think about it, nothing in the underground was ‘real’, was it?”
“One thing was.”
“What?”
“My feelings for you were as real as can be. I still care about you, even now that we are back on the surface.”
Sans blushed and giggled.
“Well, who wouldn’t fall for me? After all, I am very powerful and have no weaknesses!”
A smirk crossed your features.
“Oh really?”
You tackled the cute little skeleton to the ground and watched him try to squirm away.
“W-what are you doing? If you are trying to challenge the great Sans to a fight, then- ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! Stahahahahahahahap thahahahahahahahahahat! That’s cheatihihihihihihihihihihihing!”
“How is this cheating, Mr. No Weakness?”
“Okahahahahahahahahahay I have one weaknehehehehehehehehess!”
“And what would that be?”
You knew it, but you still wanted to ask, just to see him get all flustered. You stopped your ticklish onslaught and awaited his response.
He looked up with a surprisingly teasing smirk.
“My weakness is you.”
Ahhh, yes. Now the blush was on your face. Curse this cute little skeleton and his innocence!
“Now how about you?”
It was your turn to squeak as he pinned you down.
He prepared to tickle you back, when there was a sudden knock at the door.
“I’m ba-...”
You and Sans both looked up and quickly tried to explain.
“This isn’t what it looks like Papy, I-”
“He was just-”
“We were just-”
Papyrus shook his head.
“No need to explain. I get it.”
He smiled a bit and made his way to his room.
After the gentle clicking sound of the door, you turned to Sans.
“Did we hurt his feelings, or…?”
“No. I think he was jealous.”
“Huh?! Of what?!”
“Uh… Well he kind of likes tickling, and he likes you so-”
“Wait, he likes me too?”
“Yeah. He just isn’t very good at showing it.”
“I’ll say! Like that time where you gave me that present I was wanting and-”
“I didn’t buy it.”
“Huh?”
“It was too expensive! It was my idea to buy it, but Papyrus payed for it. He was too shy to give it to you himself, though.”
“Oh… Poor Papyrus… I always thought he was just being a jerk but…”
“You wanna go see him? I can give you the keys to his room. They are over there behind the bone painting.”
“Okay. Thank you.”
You kissed the little skeleton on the cheek and ran up the stairs.
Grabbing the key, you made your way to the hooded skeleton’s room.
