Well I made this while trying to make [link] more colourful. Well, it worked. XD
I found this circular rainbow gradient thing in my PS. I knew I made it because I read a tutorial on how to do so, but I can't remember how I did it or what the site was called.
And then I read another tutorial on making bright dots and things. I know that site: [link]

And, well, this is a texture. So pretty much you can use it for what textures are used for, but a credit would be nice. :B
