I've done all my animations with a webcam so-far, and I have the same lighting problems - its because most webcams have an auto light / white balance feature that either can't be disabled or just ignores you when you try to turn it off. Your best bet (aside from getting a different type of camera) would be to time your picture-taking so that the auto light balance has settled down...
Good though; nice models! Curse those 3vil bunnies!
