i need to say,this is my first time to use deviantart xd and here its kind of problem....

i finally got rapunzel tower,but i cant get another thing,how to say...i try use export it

but some texture cant get, like sven,sven fur texture cant export,i dont know why,

same too the young anna hair,

not the rapunzel tower,some stage,how to say...like them lost the coordiante？

like the baymax hiro garage,frozen arendelle castle...

i pretty sure im a noob Computer xd i hope someone can tell me how to fix。
