Could be...because of that one string of long hair he has.
Or he could be the most dangerous minus that was on that waiting list Kumagawa was talking about.
And this will most likely get an anime. Since the author is the same who did Katanagatari and Monogatari, which also contains Bakemonogatari, and both of these got/are getting animated.
So this one will get animated as well...I hope
