Yay! I'm happy this is finally finished. I started it awhile ago and then my computer started acting up; so I couldn't use my tablet for awhile ; ; This is my Unova Region OC Tiara and her Oshawott named Oshin. They're best friends and they're ready to go on their own journey!I have a whole chapter framed out so far, so I think that's pretty good progress
I am planning out some of the following chapters as well as drawing a few more of the characters before I start the pages. I feel some OC memes in my future T UT lolWhat is Reigning Unova?
