On April 7th when everyone is online at once, slowly and quietly waiting patently and eagerly, the anxiety slowly consuming everyone, The site will turn all black. And like a train a ttiny white dot will take residence in the center of the screen. Everyone leaning forward wondering what the hell is going on, while other move away from the screen expecting a jump scare. But neither come, the light only gets bigger as if a train in a tunnel and nearing the end. As the light fills the screen everything soon becomes visible.
Its a llama in a top hat with a mustache. Sipping tea with a horrible British accent. It speaks the words of praise for making it to such a event the leads you through the land of art. Its a 3D land filled with all the art this and last year. Then he suddenly stops and turns on his little llama hooves and the screen slowly gets closer to his adorable face. He congratulates everyone for making this site for what it has become and turns his head as if pointing to something. The camera turns around and focuses on a pair of curtains. Rick Astley's Song starts to play as the curtain opens and reveals Rick Astley himself singing 'Never gonna give you up' Hes wearing a Troll mask.
When hes finished the screen goes black again and pops up the words in a Bold white.

At 12:00 am Pacific Time on April 7th, 2014...
All deviantArtists will glow green. We will then be teleported to a secret hideout. We all gather in the hideout and wonder where the heck we are. Suddenly, the floor will glow green. And we all, once again be teleported elsewhere. But each artist will go to their own individual room in their minds. Within that room, an admin will be waiting.
The deal will be that they can have anything they want. A million pageviews, a golden llama, every single badge, points, a heck of a lot of watchers and favorites, a job oppurtunity, and more! But! They can only have it if they can make it through The Journey. Or, they can turn down the offer and continue their lives as an ordinary artist and lose their chance.
Each deviantArtist will have absolutely no idea what The Journey is. If one does choose to take the journey, a door will appear in front of them. Let's say that this was you. The first thing you see when walking in will be Fella himself. Fella will wish you luck on your journey, and you will end up in the exact spot you were teleported away from, at exactly 12:01 a.m Pacific Time.
You will notice that you now have a mark on your body. It was a black deviantArt logo.
If you are an artist who draws, paints, sketches etc. on regular paper or canvas, you will have a mark on your hand.
If you are a writer of any kind author/poet/etc you will have the mark on the back of your neck.
If you are a sculptor/craftsman of any kind, you will have the mark on one of your shoulders.
If you are a computer artist who makes digital art/animates/etc you will have the mark on your thigh.
If you are a cosplayer/photographer/model/etc you will have the mark on your chest.
If you can do more than one of these, the mark will pick the one you are best at.
After finding the mark, you will conclude that this is a gift from Fella. You and everyone else will say that this mark was given to you to help you create even better art!
And you did!!!
You did what you did best even better than before! You began to create so much art and you became such a success! You were so popular on deviantArt! Everyone loved you.
It's been more than 8 years. You have completely forgotten about April 7th, 2014. You are one of the most popular artists on deviantArt. You have 10 million pageviews, 10 thousand watchers, 16 Daily Deviations, a whole lot of favorites, and so much more!
But now, you have grown up. You aren't that teenager who spent all that time in front of your computer anymore begging for llamas and watches. You have the job you always wanted. (pretend)You now are an employee of Disney and are now directing the animation of Frozen 3 and Tangled 3 at the same time. You are getting married in a few months.
Looks like you have no more time for deviantART...
And on the day you forget that you still had the mark, you suddenly turn green and teleport away. You end up in the same room from over 8 years ago. You see Fella to greet you. And he tells you that the mark was only paint. Nothing more, nothing less. This whole time, you did not even have any powers. The mark did not improve your skill. It was only a small push forward. You did all that work on your own. The mark had no powers whatsoever, and somehow... you still got what you wanted. You didn't give up and you kept going. There were times where you thought you were going to give up, but the mark kept you from doing that.
This was The Journey. The Journey was simply a cooler term for " lets see how long you can last without giving up and quitting". If you gave up, you did not complete The Journey, and you would have never gotten what you wanted. But completing The Journey gave you everything you've ever wanted and more! The mark was only a silly little mark that showed that you took the challenge and you would swear to never give up.
Fella thanks you for your time and wishes you good luck with the rest of your beautiful life. You then teleport back to where you were at the exact same moment. You see that your mark is gone. You go home and find a llama badge on your workspace. You hang it on the wall and write a little note that will always remind you to never forget Fella and deviantArt and all the people you've met on there. And to never forget April 7th, 2014.

He has twin swords. You can see the sheaths in the ref I sent you. They have black blades and silver hilts, but I guess I'll just leave the design to you since I didn't give them any specific shape. i just was all like "Oh, he needs awesome weapons. I shall bestow upon him twin swords" and viola~
