Finally, someone notice the beauty of the location~ Thank you so much~

Other than the wardrobe, headdress and makeup, the location choice for this shot is by far my greatest challenge ever~

Since I live in a city, finding a suitable location for the shot is no easy feat. The shoots is made at the National Park which the model and I need to make a 30min hike through treacherous tropical forest till we reach the sea side. Not an easy thing for a non-sport person like me. Aslo, it was lucky her makeup never melt when we reach the shooting location.

Oh, wow! It sounds like you had to put in a lot of effort for this one.

I think it was really worth the effort to do it. I think it really pulls the whole thing together. I've been learning recently doing my own stuff that backgrounds can play a huge role in how something looks.

I hope the next time you have to travel for a location that it is much easier on you.

Yes indeed. This is by far my biggest shooting project~

I have to make my own wardrobe for the model (of course I buy the head dress from Etsy) and need to scout for the shooting location, etc
A bit overwhelming if you asked me. And yes the effort is worthwhile~

Speaking of background, yes it is very important for both paintings and photography~ I call them the "second subject" which complements the main subject.
This is why sometimes I can't do a photoshoot because I just can't find an appropriate location~

Well, I think my next shoots will still involves scene like this one~ But I guess it will make things much more special~
