Well, it was a lonely night back then and I it was the street lamp and the texture of the road in from of my place that caught my attention and inspired me to make this shot.

The texture of the road is being emphasized by the yellow street lamp.
Other than composition, photography is simply the manipulation of lights & shadows.
Experimenting with lights is very fun especially with the artificial lights surrounding us.
