Description Of course, we love to sing! What species does not? That is one curious fact about our universe: Every sentient species loves to arrange vibrations in pleasing forms - the universe truly sings! How fitting a name.

In my Delve lives one of the most renowned Songmasters in the entire realm of Xenoth, known by the name of "E-~::E" - please make sure to hit all the chords in their name.

We sing almost continuously in my Delve. We sing while we work, while we procreate, when a new one is born, and when someone dies. So we do our Songmaster proud.

It would be best if you visited our Delve sometime. I am sure you'll love it here. A word of caution, though: Some have gone deaf here - it's the sudden changes in vibration. I recommend using a sonic equaliser on your first visit. There are several of them living just outside the Delve entrance. Just slay one and fix its carcass to your sonic sense organ (mouth first and tail out) before you come in, and you should be fine.

The Great and Benevolent Intergalactic Empire of Xenotechnological Assemblage, called Xenoth by many, is a multi-galactic spacefaring civilisation of Type III on the Kardashev Scale.

The actual Xenothians have long since evolved away from their original morphology. This morphological deviation can be attributed to the fact that Xenogenesis, the technique by which the Xenothians spread across the universe, is an invasive quantum process which incorporates the target species into the warm fold of the Empire.

Here's how it works:

When the Xenothians come across a civilisation roughly equal to their own in technology, they leave it alone. If attacked, they wipe it out entirely, but unless the other party does not act in a Dark Forest way, the Xenothians do not even try to communicate. They go away.

However, suppose the discovered civilisation is less advanced than the Xenothians. In that case, they use their Time-Mothers to temporally dive into the target species' past and influence that species to either discover the Xenothian Empire or be discovered by it aeons ago. Hence, when the Time-Mothers dream back to the future, the Empire has already changed through the genetic addition of the new species.

The returning Time-Mothers are immediately ritually consumed to protect the integrity of the time-space continuum, and life goes on as usual.

Thus, there's never any conflict, other than just for fun, in the Great and Benevolent Intergalactic Empire of Xenotechnological Assemblage. There's no death either because the Essence-Knowers know all individuals in their continuum, and anyone who dies can be dreamed back into existence.

In Xenoth's Embrace, there's only love.
