Me and a friend have often talked about an idea i had, a mix of the Red Alert story and some elements from Operation Flashpoint. We have often talked about creating a story of a Soviet invasion across europe and Britain set in the early 80's and how London would become the the final battleground for the survival of freedom, the final last ditch effect by the Combined British army units against the soviets.

Of course the main problem with the whole idea would be trying to explain why nukes are not used lol in favor for convensional warfare.....the idea is flawed lol but is interesting.
