The Hand/paw-things (Seriously what the fuck are those things?) in the top panel are all raised, however 2 of them are down in the middle panel. That is kinda annoying, but other than that it is pretty good

Really nice! The sequence is very clear and highlights the changes well.
One thing though... Shouldn't the height dip in the first panel showing the heads? It's possible the shrinking starts directly after the face transforms, but the second panel and third panel seem to be happening simultaneously at the same time from different angles...
It's clear that he's shrinking of course, and that detail of the head sinking down across the panel isn't necessary to establish the fact as it is so clearly expressed in the other panels...
But... Just a suggestion.

When I was drawing the second panel, the original idea was for just the body to change, and not the legs, and that the panels would go in order, not the first then second and third at the same time. Then I decided that that having the body change without the legs would look weird...
...and I'm lazy, and don't feel like redrawing stuff

Well, the sequence does make sense, if you consider the first panel a separate progression, and the following two below as happening at the same time...
I've realized this just now...
Even the discontinuity pointed out below about the paws being lowered makes sense then, as they could have been lowered directly after the head changed.
It's a very small, reasonable rationalization to make, so I don't find a single problem with it now.
