Oooh, I'm going to fave that 'cause I have some problems to draw muscular guys like Cid Highwind (Final Fantasy VII) and Johnny Rayflo (Vassalord) and it would be very helpful.

This is incredibly helpful for me a a girl. It's easy for me to vary woman's body shapes. There's so many fashion articles on how to dress for different things coming in different proportions but with men the general sketchy shape is always rectangle/ oval and they don't really write the same kind of fashion articles. This was a great way of showing different ways to draw a muscular man and how to use those drawings to convey a certain impression. Well thought out and well executed. Thanks!

Nice, very readable. Addresses how to think about a character should be drawn, not just how to draw it - which is rare and valuable.

Man, this is fantastic! I’ve always had trouble with muscle-y stuff (Probably because I don’t really like the way done-up abs look, so I’ve never bothered to really focus on drawing them), and this is hell-helpful! I really love the segments you broke this down into, and I have to thank you for identifying the fact that triangle-type body-building guys tend to be less healthy than your typical rectangle guy (Been trying to convince people for years).

The bold colors you used were both fun aesthetically and helpful, since it drew your eye exactly where they were supposed to be, and the β€œThese are the guys who wrestle bears” bit was badass I have to say, this is the best art tutorial I’ve ever seen. Awesome work!

TL;DR: I love you
