Description
The first casting of my dragon mask and of course it is not perfect. Have to strengthen the silicone a few places before I can make more casts. I learned a lot of new things making the mold, both what to avoid and what I definitly should be doing more of.If anyone are interested I am going to put some blanks up for sale. Maybe some painted ones as well.
Cast in Smoothcast 300 white plastic resin in a silicone Rebound 25 mold and plaster mothermold.
UPDATE: These can now be ordered at my Etsy store: www.etsy.com/listing/177035148… ; If you can't order through Etsy we can do it via Paypal instead, just send me a note.
$50 + $34 for shipping anywhere in the world.

Looks super neat! Can you use the same mold multiple times?

That I can, since it's made of flexible silicone. It also has natural release properties towards the plastic so nothing gets stuck

I mostly followed this one: qarrezel.deviantart.com/art/Ma… but I decided to use Rebound instead of OOMOO because Rebound is especially made for this kind of thing. Smooth-on.com also has a ton of tutorials. For us here in Europe formx.eu/ got the best prices and availability.
