"What is this stuff!?" Winslow chirped to Alu as the oozy tar like black substance fell slowly form above."I have no idea..." Alu murmured. With a cautious hand, the Fireback reached out and touched one of the thick globs and hissed in disgust. "It's sticky and it smells awful!" he said, quickly trying to shake and wipe the offensive guck off.
Alu stared at the falling black stuff and flattened his ear frills. "We should leave Winslow... The rest of the pod's already hiding..." He whispered through his fangs. Winslow nodded and followed the Akoia mer towards one of the many alcoves within the reef. As they entered, they gave one last glance behind them as more of the mysterious stinking goo fell down
to the ocean floor.

In case you are confused, mer communication sounds a bit like chimes, bird calls or human singing. That's why there are music notes to represent them talking.
Alu and his pod mate, Winslow the Fireback experiencing an oil spill. Yuck...
Alright new mer character! Originally he was going to be a female but I decided he'd look better as a male.
I made the change quickly though so he may look a tad feminine. in this pic....

You know starfier that is a great message to people to stop ruining the sea you inspired me and I think I will start making a story about it can I borrow Alu this mer guy and Lyric (I'm asking for him cause I might use him)

Well I think A LOT.
(Those three will be the protagonists I guess. And I'm putting two more characters with them)
But I will do my best to write them in character it's not to make fun of any body. I even credit you.

Here the plot:
Well Alu and Winslow though that the oil will stop but NO it didn't. Out of curiosity they went to look what the reason of this was. But they got washed far away by a storm(or some thing like that) now they want to return to their home.
Some were in Africa some young mers got released to the wildness as a project were one of them meets Alu and Winslow they decide to travel together. But on they're trip they saw that Oil was actually spilled on many places in the ocean.
Finding out how dangerous this is for all the under sea creatures the tree decided too find the reason and stop this!
PS:I didn't write details some more characters will come including Lyric if you let me use him.

As impressive and interesting as this sounds I must respectfully decline.
It clashes with Alu's story as they are no where near Africa as well as a few other reasons...
I do apologize.
Alu and Winslow are also being developed as characters, they are new characters and I feel I need to time to mature their behaviors and story lines a bit before I can comfortably let other people use them in there stories.
I am impressed by the story to suggested though.
