This is the first year I'm participating in the MerMay challenge, hosted by Wacom over on instagramI took a bit of inspiration from the man, the myth, the legend himself, transfuse , this specifically - I know he hasn't posted in almost ten years now, where are you bro?
Overall incredibly fun piece to do, learned a lot about atmosphere, shapes (again) and how to stage a painting. Aaaand I get to participate in a fun community challenge, so win-win.
