Description
A new piece for my barren portfolio. orzThis was originally a sketch I did for 30 days drawing challenge last year; I just rendered the details. I had a lot of fun with the fish scales. :'D
Also, title is inspired by Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (in the film, the water in which mermaids dwell is called Whitecap Bay, if memory serves me right).
