sadly most of the adopt communities mostly buy/sell things with amino coins (the in app currency, thats probably due to amino's target age group being younger) although i feel like yours would sell well with paypal ! you'll occasionally see some pretty HQ adopts go up and sell quick for high prices. you should at least try it out for a bit ! ^^
