Really cute!^^
So far a rlly cute design.
But tbh., I don't really see anything of Tess in the design.
Only that the colors aren't as saturated as in Coffee's design.
Maybe you could make the hair into a ponytail and add some bracelets?

I made the mane longer, aswell as the tail and lightened the coat so that it's almost white. I also made the mane much darker, to suit tess, and the eye colour is a mix of both her parents aswell. In addition, I added the mane/ head accessory, that being the beanie, just like tess had a bobble in her mane. I also made her a pegasus, like tess. The only way it's similar to coffee really, is the colours of the accessories, the stripe in her mane and the lightened colour of her coat.
I did try to make it an equal balance of the two, and forest did have imput on the design, such as the words on the beanie, so please do not think that it's all just coffee ;w;

But if it is suppose to be a "mix" out of Tess and Coffee and the viewer doesn't get it,
or doesn't see that it is, then you maybe should rethink about what
makes it to not look as a "mix" of those two ocs.
