To start this off, I applaud this. Very pleasing to look at and the palette is great! When you first see this it makes you think "This is an artist who knows their stuff." The way you shade the hair especially says so.

Your cell shading and lighting on the body and hair is superb! I just love it when people use colour theory to shade. I will note the apparent lack of shading on the head. I would add a bit of highlight to the cheeks and top of the muzzle. Or at least a bit more apparent.

Now I'm weird about wings and how they're done I guess so you can completely dismiss this bit if you want. I feel the left wing wouldn't slant THAT much with the positioning of it on the body. The extended wing seems a little small compared to the closed wing but I love the shading on it.

To wrap up: HOW YOU DO BACKGROUNDS??? Like- this is really amazing! I love the style contrast you used in giving the background a "paint" or lineless feel and the character a clean, crisp silhouette. Overall excellent job, well executed. I would 100% commission you if I wasn't broke as hell.
