First, I must say you did a gorgeous job on the shading, and the background is beautiful. I also love the smooth transformation of the hair, and great job on the wings! As for improvement points, i would say practice drawing the eyes and face a little more in this perspective, I do realize the difficulty of 3/4 view, i have had some trouble with it myself! The anatomy is great! I would suggest that you add some moonlight onto the surroundings and figure, it adds great impact, i know from experience.
