I Updated it, it was bothering the hell out of me.
Been listening to Gary Numan's Exile album waaaay too much.
This went through a dozen (atleast) foregrounds. The background has been done for awhile, and is in my scraps w/the original idea. I added Max today within a 1/2 hour.
Foreground done in SAI, background in Photoshop. I cannot recommend SAI enough. It's MUCH easier to blend in than Photoshop. It's FREE for the first 30 days... and I love it so much. [link]

Looks great, especially with the updates. I think the red goes well with it since then you get a few more of those good/evil light/dark type images into it, with the bright light in one side and the burning red in the other.
Meh, what am I on about, I dropped English so I wouldn't have to think about that kinda stuff when I looked at a picture! xD
Anyhow either way, very cool and the update was certainly a good idea.

Oh really? I can't stand my own work on my desktop, if I look at it too long, I see nothing but mistakes. But I really enjoy looking at others fine work.

SAI is a painting program. At the moment I prefer it over Photoshop for it's blending+mixing of colors.

God I love Max, he's such an all round uber character. The meloncholy, the brooding angst without the emo attachment, the cockiness while still maintaining human-like frailty...
Love the background too. At once bland, but upon further viewing deep and almost enchanting. Heavenly, perhaps.
