After watching Once Upon a Time episodes all week I couldn't help but get this one out of my system. Hook to me should be a much more callous and dastardly villain. Spent 4 days on this one and it was an uphill battle. I think I am finally happy with where it is. Photoshop and Wacom Intuous4.Related content

Thanks!! I totally agree. Hook should be worldy, a bit older, and much much more sly. Kind of like a real pirate. lol.

(Didn't see that reply) . Alas, the way Hook is portrayed in the show is actually the way most people see pirates nowadays, especially when it's geared toward female demographic. We expect pirates to be rebellious, charming, and all that kind of stuff. Therefore, Hook doesn't feel like the character he's supposed to be. Honestly, I'll choose the bumbling Disney version over this washed-out Jack Sparrow any day.( but again, I'm pretty partial when it comes to Disney Hook.)

Being totally honest, I've never watched a full episode of Once Upon a Time, but from what I've seen, they just took an handsome guy and put a hook on his hand, and called him Captain Hook. Highly frustrating and irritating to see what they 've done.
On the ohter "hand", very cool art!
