what do you mean "flesh" color? Bloody one? or what?
i'm sure, you can find some theatre makeup, and artificial blood is kind of popular.
also you can search at e-bay for zombie makeup.
in fact, original photo not so impressive, i did some editing with colors, but not huge manipulations.
in real blood looks too redish, i guess, it was paint + artificial blood with some powder...
anyway, i'm not so good at all these make-up stuff. try to search for zombie-fans... they do have advices for ya.

There's also going to be the first ever ZomBcon in Seattle on Halloween. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it to that )-: I'll just have to wait a couple years and then come back for it!!
but yeah, there's going to be tons of events for the Zombie Walk. should be bad ass.
