This anime is called "Fullmetal Alchemist" (FMA, for short). It takes place in the early 1900's. The guy in the red is Edward Elric. He's an alchemist. And the girl is Winry Rockbell. She's Edard's mechanic.

Well...kinda. He always puts himself in dangerous situations, and fights alot. Heck, he's come close to death a couple times! Winry has a habit of yelling at him every time he needs maintnence on his metal arm and leg, 'cuz it usually means he's been doing something stupid again.

A classic pairing, and a lovely scene!
Personally, I think it would have been better if Ed hadn't had his coat, but whatever, it's extremely good none the less!
As always, the characters and the background are extremely well-drawn!
Winry's grasp on the hairbrush is the only detail I find a little bit awkward: it looks like she's holding it with the tip of her fingers. But it may be just me, and it's only a detail.
