Ok, this is really nice. Probably one of your best pieces thus far. To be honest with you, there is little that I can find wrong with this piece without really nitpicking. But there are a few things. (Thought you were going to get off the hook, huh? LOL) The color in the hair is very good but the hair as a whole looks a little flat. It is obvious that you have been working on your shading on the face if you were to also work on the shading in the hair, I think it would help to give the hair more shape and body.
Her facial structure and porportions are very good, probably your best yet, but the right eye and the nose are a little off. The eye is a bit too far over and the perspective on the nose seems to be just slightly wrong.
And now the good.

Im glad you like this-this is probably my favourite so far (also the last one that scanned well!) in terms of shading etc. I agree on the eye,I didnt notice until I had put down several layers,and by then it was too late to change it! I didnt get as much time as I wanted to work on this,so the hair suffered as a result.Overall though,its my favourite
