Another ssg...I apologise in advance for this one-I had to make a few alterations as her original pose would probably have got me banned from Deviantart. Hence a few things appear a little misaligned. 20 mins.Oh,and she really does have eyes that big and that cute.Related content

Big Eyes, lol...
Love the use of color in her hair. Gives the piece a sense of vibrancy while communicating flow and texture. The shading is well done for the most part but looks slightly heavy on her left side.
The eyes are really nice - and cute - but they have an almond shape to them. This is not a flaw as many people have almond shaped eyes, but it is something to watch as they sometimes communicate an ethnic feel. Which may or may not be what you intend. Again, not a flaw but something to watch and be aware of.
As Safir-Kreuz pointed out, the teeth are well done and I can see how you worked on aligning the nose and mouth with the eyes as w hve talked about and you are improving. Not perfect yet, but improving.
My only concern is that her chin looks a little large. Don't know if her chin is really that way but, even if it is, we - as artists - are not obligated to reproduce exactly the models. As a matter of fact, I believe we should bring more to the portrait than would be there if it was a photograph (see my journal/rant for more of my views on this...)
What scares me is that you are able to achieve these results spending as little as you do on each piece. My dear, imagine what you could do if you really had time to work on it.....

lol yup,the eyes,argh! Seriously, I knew these were a little large.The almond shape is actually intentional here for once tho as the model has some chinese or japanese blood. I wasnt sure whether to leave the chin as slightly large,or whether to 'cosmetically fiddle' with it. Im esp pleased you like this one,as I had to modify the pose quite a lot in order for it to be accepted by deviant!

You know DA will take nudity in your art. You just have to mark it as being mature. I am planning on uploading a nude or two myself....
