Unfortunatly Im afraid I dont have the files anymore. I did this many years ago. But the design wasent that complicated to create I remember.
Recolour basicly the clothing and then create some dark eyes in the texture. Finish it up by narrowing the eyes down to the smallest possible and you should have it
