It's one of my favourites. Watson actually gets something to do. It's lovely watching him trying to learn his Chinese pottery!

It was also interesting how Holmes shows some kind of empathy with the young woman who was disfigured by the Austrian guy...

Maybe, but as Conan Doyle said actually Holmes is a very sensitive person but he almost never shows it.

He's got such a fascinating face to draw. Trouble is, if you get it wrong, he can look awful. I'm so pleased you think I got it right!

Thanks. My first foray into digital painting. Have found it's easier using a stylus rather than my finger!
