Description

Entry for a design challenge over in arvalis' Discord server; the prompt's to turn a pop culture character into a Pokémon, and I ran with the Cleric Beast from Bloodborne. I think it translated really well into a Pokémon; there were plenty of moves to choose from which matched both its fighting style and its story impact in Bloodborne--and even an ability that would allow it to have a Fire weakness with the typing I gave it!

Lunight (lupus + luna + night) is the first legendary Pokémon Yharnamite trainers are likely to encounter, part of a trio of cleric beasts. It is a territorial creature, and will first attempt to intimidate intruders with its shrill screeches. If this doesn't have the desired effect, it will unleash a barrage of physical attacks, punctured by the occasional scream.

The hunter's starter Pokémon will evolve upon encountering Lunight for the first time and will finally be able to level up, a blessing for anyone prowling the streets of Yharnam on a night like this.
