Mmm, this is the one photo of the set you posted that just doesn't work for me on any level. I can't help but think "family album" rather than "Hmm, I want this on my desktop background!"

The pictures weren't taken to be put on someone's desktop background. But if that's what you were looking for, then who am I to judge?

Well, I tend to judge images (and writing) with two questions:
1) Is this something I would want to put on my wall? What about my desktop?
2) Is this something I wouldn't get tired of seeing, or would want to come back to time to time.
I think it's the most honest way to say what you like or what you don't. (Of course, I acknowledge the artistic quality in some stunning pieces I'd never even let close to my walls, but otherwise, the criteria works well.)
