Aw this is great dude! I like how it turned out! I'm very proud of you.
I feel the stars should be a bit blurred and maybe not as bright, and also, since he is green in a red lighting, the red should neutralize his colors a bit.
Snarling from the front like that is really hard to draw, so you did a good job! The smoke coming from his mouth looks great, I love how you made it that red color. The tail curves very nicely too!
