Description
"Rise"Lets call it off
ive had enough of the games
if you could see into me
all my veins are tangled up
tied in knots
My heart beats slowly now,
it's emptying into the streets
Swirling straight away down the drains back to sea
Oh when is the time
where you arenβt in my mind
setting flames ravaging all my dreams
when can i finally wake
To the sunlight shining on my cheeks
and the wind sweeping me away
far away from every memory
with you face in the frame
that'll be the day
When they sky starts burning,
the earth ainβt moving.
We all become sane
and we rise in the morning
to kiss the scorching sun before it falls.
ohhh

i strongly suggest you listen to this song and how its sung if you do not know. its one of my favorite songs. and for clarification, she's holding a small sun to her lips and kissing it goodnight.

I am /so/ envious of your marker coloring skills.
And there's something about the pose and the way it's been composed in the image that makes it very eye-catching and draws the viewer into it. The face especially.
The anatomy is love too.

i think it depends how new your markers are and waht kind of paper you're working on. im using a canson drawing book. (or bristol board or cardstock) really heavy, thick paper might do that. i also do a lot of blending and shading ( er well, i try hehe )

I must ask, what media did you use for this (prisma markers I'm assuming)? It's excellent and eye-catching. Great job!
