I was actually wondering if this was a parody or "based on" character, being based off the actual Mrs. Scarlet from Clue.
One thing about the design that's bothering me is how a bit of her eye is showing beneath her hair. I think it'd be easier to just change the angle of her hair, but it'd be far less cliche to move her hair up and give her a full 2nd eye.
Also, the endowed woman in a red dress, I think in general is an idea recycled too much, but the execution here seems solid.
