OMG I DID IT!
Sorry ~Kriku for being like a year late or so
So. It's a bus full of tards looking at you as they go by!
It's based on what we used to do in trams - every time one came from the opposite direcion, we would wave to all the people staring out of their windows.
Of course then we grew up and it got kind of awkward but I promised to make an emote out of it
It's not very much different from the original idea and i'm really satisfied with how it came out and that I finally finished

I fixed the eye of the paranoid one and the wheels don't stop moving anymore. But I've never been quite sure how to shade a bus, I still don't know so I hope it isn't too bad.

That's awesome. 
This actually reminds me of the time my best friend, her little sister, and I were in the way back of their Mom's van ((which has tinted windows)) and were waving and making faces at the people we passed on the highway. With the tinted windows we were sure they couldn't see us. And then one guy waved back to us and we were all like:
