Description
This is a second Harlequin squad !They have more aggressive and cutthroat look from all the groups.
Entire troupe is masked, dressed in long coat (with one exception)and with mohawks on head. Too me they look like a really bold assassin squad.

I've got to say once again that your blending of different shades - in this case the blue (and I also see even on the little orange squares) - is fantastic! The two colours contrast perfectly, and the areas of weathering around their feet and the barrel on that pistol to the right still keep it gritty and grimdark while bright and eccentric as a Harlequin should be.

Your description fits them perfectly. They look way less fun and more serious than the usual Harlequin squads that I see here and there. Very good.
