hmm, that has never happened to me, but if it does, you could put it on the fridge for at least 20 minutes so that it hardens. then u get it out and slice it

Thank you for putting this tutorial together, it's quite a handy little reference
Do you have any tips for keeping the pasta machine clean? I hate it when little bits of clay get in there, and then they mash into the next colour that you roll out. x_x I know some people just send some "waste" clay through there to try and scrub the junk out, but I don't have enough clay that I can just waste XD

I usually keep my pasta machine clean by rolling a dry napkin through the pasta machine (by rolling it at the same time), I also unassemble the machine once every 2 months to clean it up in the inside
