Description Started to doodle with Photoshop today and this came out.

Very little painting done in this, only blood and the mouth are painted.


*EDIT: Added horns, changed the axe size to match creatures body, fixed the fire/effects and changed the artwork name. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions!
