I don't understand why the face markings would change.

The face markings I can understand since her baby markings are different as well, but her lekku pattern is what i can't grasp.Β

I just noticed that her new sabers don't taper at the tip like regular sabers do. It tapers off to one side, like a katana, probably to fit with her new samurai-inspired design. Nice touch.

If the left one is Ahsoka, then I'm King of Mustafar. Togruta markings on face, montrals and lekku is a part of their identity, it doesn't change when they become older.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great design, but only for a new character.

You're right, facial maskings do changes during their growth, but I thing the new markings changed too radical.
Markings on montrals and lekku on the other hand only increase in numbers. The new markings looks ridicules, it doesn't look like the older ones, at all.

I AM SO FREAKING HAPPY!!! I got freaking teary eyed when she showed up! I cant belive it! Rebels just redeemed for every single aspect of their show that was mediocre rather then good!
